This small selection of images were created when working on a mock up project for advertising. This was one of my first advertising photoshoots that I had worked on and one of my favourites to this day.
These images sparked my interest in creating advertising work and made me want to further my knowledge into a career choice.
Another factor that helped me with this photoshoot was that I was combining two of my favourite subjects, makeup and photography.
When creating these images, one of my instructions was to portray one of the five senses. This advertising was for makeup tool cleaner, hence the beauty blender in the centre of all of the images. I also thought that the two different types of backgrounds that you can see represent touch, and show rather than tell.
